From the homeland

Just popping in to introduce myself, I am Murray from Cape Town South Africa, the Cape Parrot is quite hard to find here even though it is native to a forest in a region about 400km from where I live. I went to one of our local pet shops who specialize in birds and was recommended a brown headed parrot who i just fell in love with at 1st sight.. he will become part of our family in about a week, just as soon as I can create a jungle gym of toys and a suitable habitat for him in our house.. will let you know how it goes.
