Hi Murry,
The main page of this site has a section on the naming schemes which can be quite confusing. There was a recent re-classification of the Cape Parrot Family. As a result it was decided (not by me) to call the Cape Parrot (Poicephalus robustus) by the common name of Brown-Headed Parrot. Which is really dumb because as you have found out your parrot Poicephalus cryptoxanthus cryptoxanthus is also called Brown-Headed Parrot. Both birds are in the Poicephalus group but are very different birds. There is little beyond a mention of the Poicephalus cryptoxanthus cryptoxanthus on this site because they are not in the old Cape Parrot family.
Take a look at the chart on the home page of this site for more explanation.
