You can decrease the dry flaking on your cape's beak by feeding a diet with more natural oils in it.....more fatty nuts (capes do not have overweight problems) perhaps some extra virgin olive oil on her dish twice a week. Sunflower seed from the health food store. Coconut and palm. You can topically treat it by rubbing a bit of Vitamin E from a 200iu capsule on the beak once every week or two. It absorbs and has no side effects.
