This is a baby Grey Headed Cape Parrot (P.f.s.) hatched at Old World Aviaries in Texas. He is about 9 days old. He had to be brought in because he got separated from his sibling and the parents weren't covering him and probably not feeding him either. He's 2 or 3 days behind what he should weigh.
